Stoke had the majority of the play, but Huddersfield were strong and managed to hold us off until we finally got what we deserved in the 92nd minute.
Andy Cooke was poor and the arrival of Iwelumo added something to the attack. A number of flicks created some chances and he eventually set Thorne up with a flick on header from Thordarsons cross. Thorne volleyed from 12 yards.
Thordarson had a better game than he has done in the past and Wayne Thomas was outstanding in defence. Henry recieved a standing ovation after his excellent starting-lineup debut, substituted late on.
Hoekstra went off just after half time and i'll try to get the latest on him.
Overall many good performances by individuals but as a team Stoke struggled to score partly due to the good tactics of Huddersfield. Thorne scored his 4th and is turning into abit of an asset, we cannot let him leave. Considoring Stoke had 6 first teamers out, a decent result against the league leaders.
