Beat the Manager: Week 30 review

The late goal from Nico Kranjcar may have condemned the Potters to a late defeat, but it also knocked points, and potential places, off numerous sides as up-to-then correct 1-1 predictions became incorrect.

One man who was happy was T.Baker who, with just his fourth prediction, got his first win and moved up to 16th from 21st in the table.

There were nine other predictions, but none for a Spurs win, yet there was still movement in the table as Knoweyedeer went from a point ahead at the top to a point behind with Peckham Pouncers swapping places with them.

There was also joy for Buxtons Picks who leapt above the Cumbrian Select to take 5th place whilst The Mighty Plotters rose above T.B.C(M.Young) into 11th. All these changes were due to sides earning a mere twi points showing just how tight the table is right the way through with just eight games remaining.
