City U18's home game with Everton has been called off due to a frozen pitch.

The postponement means the last five academy league home games have all been called off, a run dating back to mid-October, and leaves the Potters looking to find dates for fixtures.

The last home game was a 1-1 draw with Bolton before the clashes with Manchester United and Liverpool were called off due to a waterlogged pitch prior to Christmas, the games with Manchester City and West Bromwich Albion called off due to the heavy snow the country had just after New Year and now this game with the Toffee's due to the frozen pitch.

The U18's travel to Liverpool next weekend whilst the next scheduled home game is against local rivals Crewe Alexandra on Saturday 20th February, a whole 18 weeks since the Bolton game.
