The Potters U18's have been handed an away draw in the third round of the FA Youth Cup.
City's youngsters will travel to the DW Stadium to take on Wigan Athletic for a place in the 4th round.
No date has yet been set for the tie, but it has to be played before Saturday 11th December.
The U18's will no doubt be included in the squad for the Potters Staffs Senior Cup tie away at Port Vale on Tuesday 30th November which means the Youth Cup tie will likely be played on the following midweek.
