Wigan's £350,000 bid for Ade

Stoke now have to decide whether that is enough for the striker who has been Stoke's only hope in the oppositions half this season.

A fans favourite, Ade has already said he wants to finish his career at Stoke City, but he may have no choice but to go to Wigan if the chairman accepts this proposal - although of course he does have to agree personal terms with Wigan.

Chairman Gunnar Thor Gislasson has already stated in an interview with a local radio station that every player had their price, and if the right one was to come in for Ade then he would be sold. However it is thought that the price tag Gislasson was thinking of was alot higher than the low bids from Wigan and Sheffield United of late.

A few people have also put two and two together regarding the 3 month loan deal of Kenwyne Jones to Stoke, suggesting that this may be Ade's cover for when he is sold but manager Tony Pulis has played down those rumours.

Pulis told the official site earlier this week: "We cannot stop people speculating, but Ade is still at the club and [the Kenwyne Jones] signing has nothing to do with him".
