- re-ordered all the links on the main site, putting in new ones and deleting ones no longer required
- added 2 forums on the message board. One for tickets, one or travel
- Got a second moderator on board for the MB. His username is IlfordDave but he is currently on holiday
- Wrote a brief story outlining the Potters pre-season plans for the upcoming season
- Wrote a story introducing myself and outlining who I am and what I aim to do.
- Put a poll on the main board
- Created files showing how many Stoke appearances each of the current squad have made and how many Stoke goals they have scored
- Wrote a story rounding up how last season went for the Potters U18's
- Done files for each season, starting with 2002/3, detailing every player that has left during that season
- Added all current squad profiles
- Published the respect campaign letter
- Done all the team management profiles

well since then I have also
- answered the first request that has come in. Somebody wanted to know the fixture details of every Stoke victory over Manchester United, and we duly delivered. This can be viewed on 'Questions answered' in Features
- Completed stats files to show the Potters home and away record against each side since 2002/3 aswell as points tallys, attendances and positions after every game since that time. These are all under the statistics section
- Done season reviews all upto date. These can be found under 'Season review 1997+'
Now everything seems to be upto date I can concentrate more on bringing fresh items to the site. These include
- I am currently compiling season reviews from the different editors on here and will be adding these shortly
- 'Where are they now'. A weekly look at an ex-player and where there career has teken them since there time with the Potters. Any players that you would like to see in this feature then just let me know.
- 'One to watch'. A once a week look at a future star of the game and tracking their progress and what they are expected to do next.
- Attempts will be made to get interviews with Potters related people.
- A 'Prediction league' program is being looked for now ready for the start of the season
- A 'Fantasy football' program is also being looked for in time for the start of the season
The once the season gets under way we hope to have the following
- Friday's will have match previews and weekend betting previews aswell as opposition's views
- Matchdays will have a match report and line ups
- The day after matchday will have links to newspaper reviews
- Mondays will have a review of the weekend action and prediction league review
- After Potters away day travels a review of the ground will be added
- A twice weekly quiz, preliminary Tuesday's and Thursday's, where scores will be logged with prizes at the end of the season for winners.
- Tuesday's will also see 'Fantasy football' review and a 'Fans views' feature.
