TP relaxed about social networking

In a week where Ryan Babel has run into trouble on Twitter, Tuncay, who is known to be frustrated at making only three starts in the Barclays Premier League this season, posted his top 10 goals on Facebook.

The move prompted speculation that the Turkish playmaker, who scored in the FA Cup draw against Cardiff at the weekend, was keen for a fresh start. Pulis, however, is relaxed about the situation.

He said: "I think he is selling himself to his manager, I am hoping so. Someone said, though, he hasn't put on all his misses.

"Tuncay is a good player and a great lad. I pick teams to win games and he has been smashing in the last couple of matches. We hope he plays well and scores goals.

"We work on the basis that it is the group that is important not the individual. Social networking is just the way of the world. I find it strange but I am traditional. You have to accept time moves on. If they want to do it it is up to them. I can't be leaning over them all the time, saying you can't do this, you can't do that. Boys will be boys."
