The Potters play Chelsea in the Barclays Premier League this weekend, just days before the Blues are in action against Manchester United in the Champions League quarter-finals, while their game at Tottenham on April 9 lands between Spurs' last-eight fixtures with Real Madrid.
Yet Pulis believes Chelsea and Spurs possess enough strength in depth to ensure his troops will face a tough time in both fixtures.
"Their ultimate goal must be to re-qualify for the Champions League, and the best way to do that is to finish in the top four," Pulis told the Sentinel. "Whatever teams they put out against us, they will be going for the three points.
"Just look at Chelsea against Man City the other day. They had Salomon Kalou and Fernando Torres on the pitch and the little matter of Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka on the bench.
"And if Tottenham go with Rafael van der Vaart and Jermain Defoe, that leaves Peter Crouch and Roman Pavlyuchenko in reserve."
