The 21 year old is not going to stay with Rangers who have all sorts of problems at the moment following a takeover by Charles Green’s consortium.
Of course things may not be able to go smoothly as Green is making threats to take legal action against any player who will not transfer to the new company.
There is also a threat of action against any club that tries to sign one of these players.
Stoke don’t seem to give a monkeys, they are keen on landing the player and hope to have a deal done very shortly.
Then again the situation might just drag out a bit.
