Ric Needs To Sort Himself Out

Fuller was once one of the heroes at Stoke, but his latest sending off has sent him tumbling down the list of greats that has been at the Potters.

Ric should be ashamed, he has been bad enough with the rest of the red cards he has received since he came to Stoke, but just as the thug from Man City was treated with contempt for his stamp a few weeks ago, in my opinion Fuller deserves the same whether he plays for Stoke or not.

The incident came in the 25th minute of the game at Stamford Bridge with the Potters doing well to keep the score at 0-0. But after the totally unexplainable stamp on the player, Fuller was shown a straight red, leaving Stoke with little hope with just ten men on the field.

The Potters went on to lose the game with Didier Drogba scoring a second-half winner.

Pulis was very unhappy with what happened on the field, but he did say that Fuller had apologised for his actions.

The Stoke boss said: "I've just watched it on the telly, it's a ridiculous reaction from Ric. Ric has been at this football club for six years now and he's been a fantastic player for the club.

"But he is prone to react sometimes like that and like I said it's unacceptable.

"He's a great lad, I've got a lot of time for him and he was the first one to apologise when he went in the (dressing) room. But it's unacceptable, full stop.

"I'll speak to him on Monday but before we all sat down he apologised to everybody."
