"Giving silly goals away left right and center, I thought the first two goals were poor goals. I don't play offside I like my lads to defend and you're just taking chances when you play the offside trap - They've got to defend properly"

"The Free Kick (Their second goal) was schoolboy - Poor challenge from Sergei to give the ball away he needs to stay strong and not foul"

"It was a definate penalty and i'm disapointed that it wasn't given but when things are against you these things don't happen for you"

"I'm not here to critisize anyone we need to work hard we need to, with the players that we've got, make a strong team that are difficult to beat"

"I thought the attitude was good - to go 2-0 down and to keep doing what we did shows that there is charachter in the side"

"Peter (Hoekstra) will definatly play a part in what we're trying to do here - his performance was fantastic with fantasic crosses going into the box - a player of his level should be looking to score goals aswell"

"Portsmouth will be a very, very difficult game"

"I was very disappointed with the fact that we created so many chances and ended up empty-handed, We gave two goals away with schoolboy mistakes but the lads showed a lot of character after that, and there is hope for the future."
