City midifelder Seyi Olofinjana will have talks with French Ligue One side Monaco after the clubs agreed a £2,500,000 fee.
Olofinjana fell out of favour in the second half of last season and was limited to only 14 league starts, scoring goals at home to Everton aswell as the vital second in the home win over Arsenal.
The Nigerian international signed from Wolves last summer for £3,000,000 and was described as a box-to-box midfielder but failed to put in consistent performances and lost his place, firstly to Amdy Faye and then to Glenn Whelan.
Oli nearly joined Monaco four years ago but after agreeing terms, and the clubs agreeing a fee, he failed a medical when it was found that he suffered with a heart defect. He instead left Brann to join Wolves.
