Kevin Harper signs!

John Rudge made the short statement today: "We are delighted to announce the news that Kevin Harper has signed for Stoke City.

"He comes here with plenty of experience and he also knows the manager Tony Pulis which is a good thing.

He has featured in some premiership games for Derby, and was signed by Tony Pulis for Portsmouth, where he made over 100 appearances.
