The Bosnian has established himself as the Potters' number one this season but boss Tony Pulis has opted to retain Thomas Sorensen throughout the team's cup run and it is expected this will continue for the showpiece match against Bolton on April 17.
Begovic told the Stoke Sentinel: "We all want to play on such a big stage and in a big game for the club. I would be disappointed but I would have no complaints.
"Thomas has done really well when he has come into the team in the FA Cup. The most important thing is the team gets the result and we get into the final."
