Jones On His Way Out (paper says so, must be true)

Last updated : 12 March 2012 By Wes Handerley

Jones isn’t pulling his weight at the Britannia Stadium and his goalscoring ratio of 10 goals in 51 appearances does not warrant the hefty transfer fee that Stoke shelled out for the striker in 2010.

Jones is now well down the pecking order and the paper reports that Pulis is prepared to sell.

Just how the paper knows that Pulis would sell is anyone’s guess as the Stoke boss has said many times that any transfer dealings are done in private no matter what sources like websites and facebook claim they know.

The Mail has done a bit of research into this, they do know that Guus Hiddink is in charge of Anzhi.

Apparently we will see this come about in the summer and while Pulis is doing the Jones deal, he will also be apparently saying farewell to Ricardo Fuller (that’s a fair bet actually).
