"So far this season we've been hot and cold. We've had a couple of good runs of results but haven't played consistently well for a while.
"But hopefully now we can build on Sunday's performance starting at QPR on Friday night. All the lads are buzzing now and everyone is working hard and we'll continue that and hopefully push on up the table," he told the club's official website.
