Fuller suffered an Achilles injury after appearing as a substitute against Aston Villa on Saturday and was stretchered off.
Stoke will be hoping another striker in on-loan John Carew will be available to face Mick McCarthy's side.
The Norway international was ineligible to face his parent club Villa but was sidelined in any case through illness.
