The Club have made a request that any one sending in e-mail complaints, particularly regarding the catering, PLEASE could all those people that have registered a complaint in this way, look at their messages to make sure that you have identified which part of the ground that your complaint refers to.
Many catering complaints have been independantly received by the Club, but the Club are having difficulty in following through those e-mails, because no reference is made to the relevant part of the Brit that are causing these complaints.
The Fans Forum have been conducting praise and grumble opportunities for the fans in various areas of the Stadium and now, on a weekly basis, we will be discussing and actioning the responses that we have recieved with a Club official,and the results of our discussions will be published both on the Fans Forum website, and notified individually to the persons that initially submitted the comments.
The first batch of replies from the Club will be on the Fans Forum website later next week.
The Fans Forum Representatives are doing the Praise and Grumble in the John Smiths Upper Tier for the Wolves game, there will be a full programme of the P and G opportunities published on the fans Forum web site, within the next few days.
