"We are desperately disappointed to score twice at home and lose a football match, but some of our defending has again been very poor," Pulis said after the 3-2 defeat.

"We keep shooting ourselves in the foot.

"We are trying everything to bring an experienced central defender to the club but that task is proving very difficult."
