"We had a good, open and honest meeting on Monday and we are now very clear what needs to be done to avoid this fine being levied on the club said the Chief Executive.
"There have been improvements in discipline compared to last year, but we know we need to go a little further".
"If we can get rid of some of the silly bookings that we sometimes get then I'm sure we'll improve enough to avoid the fine and just as important make sure the players are always available for selection."
