Bothroyd stays to the end and Rooney stays at Bury

Bothroyd has made 1 start and 3 sub appearances since joining from Wolves, but has looked sharp and dangerous when given the chance. He adds another option to the squad as the final dice are being thrown in an attempt to reach the Premiership. In the last 3 matches he may yet have a crucial role to play.

Adam Rooney has spent most of this season out on loan either to Chesterfield or Bury and has extended his loan at Gigg Lane until the end of the season.  The 19 year old Irishman has scored 3 goals in his 9 starts for the Shakers as they have lifted themselves to safety in League Two.
