Throughout the season The Boothen Roar has rated the away days that the Potters have had on various criteria. Now the season is over it is time to look at the standings and see which days excelled and which are best forgotten. Below is the best and worst for each criteria and the overall best away day 2010/11:

Worst - Upton Park 0/10

Parking

Best - Cardiff City Stadium, Reebok Stadium, Upton Park, St. James Stadium 10/10

Worst - Craven Cottage, Old Trafford 3/10

Atmosphere

Best - Anfield 10/10

Worst - Stamford Bridge 1/10

Pies and Pints

Best - DW Stadium, Bloomfield Road 10/10

Worst - Molineux(league) 2/10

Performance and Result

Best - Wembley(cup semi final) 10/10

Worst - Upton Park(league game) 0/10

Overall

Worst - Upton Park(16/50) This was the heaviest defeat of the season, to the side who finished bottom of the league, and included a nightmare journey with many road closures, expensive and tasteless food and drink and a bad atmosphere that had a tinge of anger amongst the home support, even with their comfortable win.

Best - Cardiff City Stadium(42/50) The Championship side provided the opposition for the 3rd round of the FA Cup and it was a great day out for the Potters faithful. The journey down was near faultless, parking was easily accessible and cheap. The performance was good, despite the side missing many first teamers, whilst also getting a good result, a 2-0 win. The atmosphere was good with some witty banter between the two sets of supporters.
