Hemmings has been at Wolves since the age of 9 and has progressed right through the ranks at Molineux to become a member of the first team squad.

Pacey, with a good eye for goal and the ability to bring other people into the game Hemmings is regarded as one of the best youngsters to come through the rank at the South Staffordshire side in recent times although his progress this season has been hampered by injuries.

Having played, and scored, for England at every level upto Under 17, he signed a professional contract at the age of 17, to stop interest from big clubs going any further and also to allow him to go out on loan. He joined Cheltenham for a months loan and made one start before returning to Molineux after his loan ended.

Further games for England followed before his Wolves debut as he came on as a substitute in front of 6,000 Wolves fans away at Barnsley as Wanderers secured promotion and the title at Oakwell. A home debut followed a week later as Mick McCarthy's men rounded off a successful season.

Wolves Premier League status and his injuries have scuppered the chance of a top flight debut this season and also the chance of going out on loan to get regukar football.
