Betting Preview - West Brom v Stoke

Last updated : 20 November 2010 By Dan Buxton

Stoke City will look to earn a third win in a row when they travel to West Brom in todays big game.

The hosts are favourites at 5/4 with VictorChandler whilst the Potters are outsiders for the game with Bet365 offering odds of 11/4 for an away win whilst a draw is available at 23/10 with BetFred, VictorChandler and Ladbrokes.

Stoke will hope to repeat the recent home wins against Birmingham and Liverpool to rise further up the table. A 1-0 away win is available at 19/2 with UniBet. All but one of the Potters league wins this season have been by a one goal margin. A 2-1 win, to keep that run going, is available at 12's with Extrabet and SkyBet.

West Brom will be hoping to seal a long overdue home win against and 1-0 would do the visitors just nicely. That score is available at 7's with Ladbrokes, Coral and ExtraBet. Six of the Potters games this season have ended 2-1 so 17/2 with SkyBet and ExtraBet for a 2-1 West Brom win could turn out to be a good bet.

Kenwyne Jones is the Potters top scorer and on his day is unplayable and is 13/2 with UniBet to open the scoring whilst Ricardo Fuller has two in two and looks set to start up front and is 15/2 with almost every bookie to score first. Former Liverpool winger Jermaine Pennant is closing on a goal and can be backed at 25's, with Coral, to break the deadlock.

West Brom goal machine Peter Odemwingie, is 21/4 with UniBet to break the deadlock, and Baggies legend Chris Brunt, 10's with BlueSQ, to net first.
