Stoke go into this cup clash on the back of a few disappointing results, but still sit 12th in the Premier League. York are flying at the top of the Conference but the weather has hit there hopes lately.

The Potters are, as expected, favourites for the game and are available at 2/7 with Coral. York can be backed at 12's with Skybet and Paddypower. The draw is 11/2 with SkyBet.

Stoke will be hoping to blow there non league opponents away and 4-0 is available at 12's with Coral. The Potters biggest win this season was a 2-0 opening day win over Burnley, and SkyBet and StanJames offer 11/2 that the Potters repeat that. The Potters have conceded goals quite often lately so a clean sheet may not be coming and SportingBet offer 11/1 on a 3-1 Stoke win.

York may have to stubbornly defend and counter attack and snatch a 1-0 win. That scoreline is 25/1 with PaddyPower. York are full of confidence and may attack the Potters, hoping for an open game. It is 200/1 with Boylesport the Minstermen win 3-2. City are finding scoring hard and with a stubborn defence a goalless draw may well be the result, SkyBet offer 16's on that score.

With many reserves expected to play, the forward line being the one where there is no real order but Mama Sidibe and Ricardo Fuller didn't play last week and are 4/1 with SkyBet and 7/2 with Bet365 respectively. Diego Arismendi is 25/1 across the board to open the scoring, and the midfielder will be keen to impress

Richard Brodie has been York's main goal threat , netting 26 times already this season, and is 10's with SkyBet and Bet365 to open the scoring whilst Kevin Gall has league experience and is 16's with the same two bookmakers.
