Last updated : 23 April 2010 By Dan Buxton

Stoke go into this game after a home defeat last weekend by Bolton, but are safe and are looking at a top half finish. Chelsea are in a good position, top of the Premier League and in the final of the FA Cup.

The Potters are, as expectedly, major outsiders for the game and are available at a massive 22/1 with BlueSQ. Chelsea can be backed at 1/6 with StanJames.The draw is 15/2 with VictorChandler.

Stoke will be hoping to grab a big name scalp and a scrappy 1-0 win is available at 50/1 with PaddyPower. The Potters may go for it, with nothing to lose, and 3-2 to Stoke is 250/1 with BlueSQ. The Potters have had a solid defence lately so may be bale to play on that and BlueSQ and Boylesports offer 100/1 on a 2-1 Stoke win.

Chelsea are fantastic at home, with 22 wins from 26 games this season. Even with that they may have to grind out a 1-0 win to take the spoils, with the Potters guaranteed to get stuck in and make it difficult. That scoreline is 8/1 with VictorChandler. When Stoke travelled to The Bridge last season that game ended 2-1 to the hosts and ExtraBet offer 10's on a repeat of that. Stoke cost Liverpool the title last season with two goalless draws and a 0-0 draw is 20/1 with BlueSQ.

City will be hoping that the recent positive performances can be repeated and both Ricardo Fuller, who has been in top form lately, at 14's with most bookies to open the scoring, and David Kitson, 18's with Bet365 and PaddyPower to net first, will be hoping to keeo the scores going. Matthew Etherington will be hoping to net after missing the cup game through injury and is 25/1 with BlueSQ, William Hill and Bet365 to break the deadlock. Defenders Robert Huth and Ryan Shawcross are both dangerous at set pieces and can be backed at a huge 50/1 at Bet365 to net the opener.

Didier Drogba has been is devastating form this season and is 11/4 at SkyBet to open the scoring whilst midfielder Frank Lampard is the heartbeat of the team and is available at 9/2 with ExtraBet to net first. Juliano Belletti netted Chelseas first goal last season and is 28/1 with Coral to score the opener and get the Londoners going again.
