Last updated : 09 September 2011 By Dan Buxton

Stoke City will look to keep their positive start to the season going in Saturdays big game.

The visitors are favourites at 5/4 with WilliamHill, the draw is 12/5 with SkyBet, whilst a home win is available at 13/5 with bwin.

Stoke will hope to repeat the performance against Liverpool last seaosn, when City triumphed 2-0. A repeat of that scoreline is available at 20's with StanJames. Quite a few of the Potters wins last season were by more than one goal. A 3-1 win, to comfortably see City to victory, is available at 33's with StanJames and SkyBet.

Liverpool will be hoping to keep their owngood start going and know to do that they need a win against City, and 2-0 would do the visitors just nicely. That score is available at 10/1 with WilliamHill and StanJames. Seven of the Potters games last season ended 2-1 so 35/4 with UniBet for a 2-1 'pool win could turn out to be a good bet.

Peter Crouch will be hoping to make an impact on his Potters debut and is 15/2 with WilliamHill and BlueSQ to open the scoring against one of his former clubs whilst Kenwyne Jones has three in his last three for the Potters. The Trinidadian is 8's with PaddyPower and WilliamHill to score first. Winger Jermaine Pennant started scoring towards the end of last season. The former Liverpool winger can be backed at 25's, with WilliamHill, to break the deadlock.

Luis Suarez looks in fine form this campaign and is 5/1 with WilliamHill to keep that form going and open the scoring. Craig Bellamy returned to the club on deadline day, turning down Stoke in the process, and is 8's with SkyBet, WilliamHill and Coral to open the scoring on his second debut.
