Last updated : 12 May 2010 By Dan Buxton

Hardly Athletic will be hoping to keep alive their ever increasing promotion hopes when they play Pathetic Athletic at Fenton Manor tonight.

Hardly are sitting fifth in the league and just three points off a promotion spot with three games left. Pathetic are eight points ahead of Hardly but this is their final league game of the season and Hardly know three wins will see them leapfrog Pathetic and also guarantee them a top two finish, and promotion.

Joe Gordon is available again after recovering from the hand injury sustained three weeks ago with Dan Middleton again absent as he continues to struggle with a knee injury. Middleton is joined on the physios couch by Andy McEvoy who has a leg injury and misses out.

The game kicks off at 9.05pm and the seven players chosen to compete this week are:

Chris Cope

Dan Buxton

Matthew Peart

Joe Gordon

Matthew Carter

Ash Newman

Dan Hallam
