Poll Result: MOTM v Hull

The Potters were defeated at the KC and didn't play particuarly well either, a fact shown in the Man of the Match vote as only four players got more than one vote, and one of them was because of an influx of votes from Tigers fans. The top 3 were as follows:

3) Ryan Shawcross - 3.8% - Defender supported captain Faye as he had a poor game and also took the reigns once his defensive partner was sent off. Not his best game but not his worth

2) Abdoulaye Faye - 38.5% - Captain had a bit of a mare and was sent off late on. Votes for skipper Faye were from the Hull fans off HullMAD, as there was a thread set up to vote for him. Not really a deserved runners up spot but what can you do

1) Matthew Etherington - 44.6% - Left winger scored the Poitters goal and was the main, if not only, threat going forward. Pace troubled the defence and he conti nued his fine form, topping it off with a great goal
