The Potters got themselves into the lofty heights of 7th position after grabbing all three points by beating Blackburn 1-0 at the Britannia Stadium at the weekend. Her are the results of who you voted the Man of the Match:
1) Etherington - 28.3% - Winger was fantastic as he tested Robinson on numerous occasions, set up the games only goal and tormented the opposition for 90 minutes
2) Whitehead - 27.5% - Energetic midfielder was everywhere to help the Potters to win the game. Strong in the tackle he won everything, and was good support going forward, but back in a flash to help the defence when there were signs of danger
3) Walters - 10.8% - Bagged his first Premier League goal and had a welcome good all round performance, after a few off-the-boil games. Hustle and bustle never let teh Rovers defence to settle and he kept the ball well when in possession.
4) Pennant - 8.3%
