Poll Result: Man of the Match v Fulham

Well the Potters wrapped up a fourth away win of the season with a gritty 1-0 win at Craven Cottage and have now bettered last seasons points tally.

Goalscorer, and Boothen Roar Player of the Season, Matthew Etherington netted the games only goal, his seventh of the season, but even with the strike he was unable to get into the top three of the Man of the Match poll, finishing fourth with 8.2%. Here is the top 3:

3) Ricardo Fuller - 14.3% - Had a good game up front, causing problems for the home defence every time he got the ball. Service and support wasn't great and he was on his own for the majority of the game. Great wing play for the goal, leaving Konchesky on his backside.

2) Dean Whitehead - 22.4% - Energetic midfielder thrived in the midfield battle as he threw himself into tackle after tackle, tracked back, tried to get forward and was always there to get his hands dirty and muck in.

1) Robert Huth - 26.5% - Defender was an absolute rock at the heart of the defence. Stats show there were no shots on target from Fulham until the 40th minute but that would have been at least three had it not been for Huth, the German international thrice denying the opposition with great defensive tackles or blocks. A danger in the opposition box and always there to clear the ball in his own box
