Loanee Round Up - 24/11/09

Last updated : 26 November 2009 By Dan Buxton

Ben Marshall

Had an outstanding game for Cheltenham as they secured their first win in twelve, beating Barnet 5-1.

Marshall netted twice, and also picked up an assist, as his new side ran away with the game. Such was the wingers level of performance three defenders were booked in the first half for fouls on the speedster, a fact which may have helped him put in such a good performance during the ninety minutes.

His performance was described as 'dangerous', 'superb', 'excellent' and 'quality at any level' whilst one poster had the following to say 'The best wing play I have seen in a Cheltenham shirt in a very long time.  Deserved his standing ovation and easly man of the match.  Beautiful 2nd goal' another said 'best winger we have seen for years in a Cheltenham shirt' and the whole forum were united in declaring him man of the match.

His second goal was also talked about as being 'Premiership quality'
