Carl Dickinson

Played the full 90 minutes as Barnsley went down at home to Sheffield Wednesday by two goals to one. Linked up well down the left and was one of the few players with the drive and determination to make things happen in this game. Set up the Barnsley goal as he combined with the left winger before the winger curled the ball into the net from the wing. No blame was laid at the door of the defence as the fans said they were beaten by a flukey first goal and fantastic second and Dickinson got Man of the Match.

Ryan Shotton

Played the full 90 minutes as Barnsley went down at home to Sheffield Wednesday by two goals to one. Was wrongly booked for a well timed tackle first half and the Barnsley forums suggest he was 'solid, not putting a foot wrong as always'. No blame was laid at the door of the defence as the fans said they were beaten by a flukey first goal and fantastic second.

Tom Soares

Played the full 90 minutes as Sheffield Wednesday beat Barnsley by two goals to one at Oakwell. Played up front for Wednesday and reports suggest he had a pretty quiet game played out between two poor sides.

Andy Griffin

Played the full 90 minutes as Reading went down away to Nottingham Forest by two goals to one. Played at left back and was described as solid as the Royals went down to the divisions in form side
