Loanee Round Up - 13/3/10

Last updated : 15 March 2010 By Dan Buxton

Ibrahima Sonko

Wasn't included in the squad for Hull's game

Ryan Shotton

Played the full 90 minutes a Barnsley drew 0-0 at home to Crystal Palace. The defence were  firm on the back of last weeks 6-1 defeat at Newcastle and the Tykes had the games best opportunities, having 18 shots to Palace's 5.

Shotton also had a couple of headers at the other end, including one in open play, when he flicked a cross over the keeper but just over the bar.

Carl Dickinson

Played the first 45 minutes as Barnsley drew 0-0 with Palace.

The defender had to come off at half time after receiving a studs up challenge flush on the knee, giving suspected knee ligament damage, and probably ending his season. Comments on the TykesMAD board indicated that he would still be getting their vote for player of the season

Michael Tonge

Played the whole game as Derby were defeated by Doncaster.

Wasn't expected to be able to play after picking up an injury in last weekends game but passed a fitness test. Couldn't inspire Derby though, as they had just three shots, and only one on target

Tom Soares

Was an unused sub as Sheffield Wednesday drew 0-0 with Swansea

Andy Griffin

Missed out as Reading beat Bristol City 2-0 at the Madjeski Stadium.

Wasn't involved in the matchday squad despite his recent good form, fuelling rumours of an injury.

Ben Marshall

Came off the bench on 51 minutes with the Cumbrian side 1-0 down and donw to 10 men. Netted the equaliser and ran his full back ragged on the right wing, earning praise from the members of the CarlisleMAD board.

Was rated between 7 and 9 by everyone who gave their thoughts and his introduction was given by many as the turning point in the game, seeing how a performance went from lifeless into a barrage of chances. Many Carlisle fans are now stating that he should be given a chance in the starting XI.

Danzelle St.Louis-Hamilton

Played the whole game for Worcester City but, despite numerous saves, couldn't stop the strugglers going down 2-0, thanks to a goal either side of half time.

Diego Arismendi

Was injured and missed Brighton's game
