Tony Pulis' former right hand man stepped aside into more of a scouting role in the summer of 2009.
Had several management positions in the lower leagues aswell as a lot of coaching roles and followed Pulis from the Potters to Plymouth and then back again.
Moved in the summer of 2009, to be based with his family in the US and helping the Potters attract players from the America's but when Peter Reid left his role as assistant manager to take over at Plymouth Kemp was recalled and given his former role back.
