Adrian Pennock

Role: First team coach

Took on the role of head coach in the academy after Noel Blake left to take on a role at England level.

Has previous first team management experience at Welling and proved to be a successful and highly likeable character among the youngsters.

His job was made a lot harder than it was originally due to the clubs dramatic rise up the league from a team in mid table in the Championship into a side finishing mid table in the top flight three years running and reaching the FA Cup final.

During the summer of 2011 Pennock, very highly regarded by Tony Pulis, was promoted to be a full time first team coach, with Dave Kevan returning to the club as head academy coach.
