Stoke weigh up 1.5m move for Young Boys Star Ammar Jema

Stoke City are chasing Young Boys defender Ammar Jemal according to reports in Switzerland.

The 23-year-old is contracted to Young Boys until 2014 but it has been suggested the Swiss outfit would be prepared to sell the Tunisian international for around £1.5million in the January transfer window.

Jemal is known to be a talented centre-half but he is also versatile and can play at left-back too.

He is also considered a set-piece specialist, reguarly taking free-kicks and penalties for Young Boys.
