Open top bus tour planned for Tuesday evening

Fans will have an opportunity to thank their heroes for the return to the Premier level of English football by lining the route through the city as the bus takes the squad on their journey. Once back at the Britannia Stadium there will be presentations to the players and then a civic reception.
