Hill hoping to be back in the first team

Last updated : 20 January 2005 By Rob Stanway
"I'm never confident about getting straight back into the side because there is competition for places but I've worked hard the last two weeks and hopefully that will be noticed," he told the official website.

"I was stupid really for getting sent-off the way I did. The suspension came at a bad time for me because I feel I was getting stronger and stronger and playing well.

"I'll be happy to get on the bench against Leeds but if I get a run-out that will be even better."
