Gudjon told Teamtalk: "Everyone is tense here, including the fans and the players, and we needed a second to steady the nerves today. The situation is getting to the players, and some found it hard to cope today.
"We have been working on giving them more faith in their own ability, but obviously things were tense after Wycombe because we more or less said goodbye to automatic promotion.
"But I know we'll get promotion this season, one way or another."
